Usage Rules

Use it regularly? Compare monthly plans. Use it occasionally? Take a look at data packs that never expire. Compare how you use the service first, then compare data allowances.

This page lists monthly plans and data packs. Pricing for longer-term plans or discounts not listed here is not available.

Monthly Plans: Data That Resets Each Billing Cycle

Data resets on each billing date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. A good fit for ongoing cross-border access. When choosing an allowance, consider everyday browsing, file transfers, and video streaming together.

Light Use

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

For browsing international websites, working with text, or using web-based AI tools. If your everyday use is mostly reading and interactive tasks, check your actual data usage to see whether this plan fits.

  • 60GB per month
  • Resets on each billing date
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

This is a monthly plan with a data limit. Streaming video, downloading files, and background syncing all use data, so page views alone aren’t a reliable way to estimate usage. Check your remaining data in the dashboard regularly.

Choose This Plan
Everyday Use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For combining browsing, AI tools, and streaming in your everyday routine. This tier offers more room for a mix of activities and their data usage.

  • 250GB per month
  • Resets on each billing date
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

A data allowance is not a promise of video quality or speed. Streaming quality also depends on the route, your local network, platform account, and device. Consider total data usage when choosing a plan, and check routes separately for your destination.

Choose This Plan
Higher Data Needs

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

For frequent video streaming, transferring larger files, or ongoing access to international services across multiple devices. The higher allowance leaves more room for regular use, but check your dashboard usage to gauge your needs.

  • 500GB per month
  • Resets on each billing date
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

Even with a higher monthly allowance, this plan follows the monthly subscription rules; data does not carry over indefinitely like a data pack. Account for background updates, large file syncs, and use across multiple devices in your data planning.

Data Packs: Use Until Gone

Data packs never expire, aren’t billed by time, and don’t reset monthly. They suit people whose usage is occasional or irregular. Using up your data and reaching an expiration date are different things, so compare the rules that apply to each plan.

Occasional Use

Data Pack · 300GB

¥158 / pack

For occasional research, one-off tasks on international websites, or usage that varies with your work schedule. If you don’t follow a regular monthly routine, you can save the remaining data for later.

  • 300GB total
  • Use until gone; never expires
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

This is the total data allowance for the entire pack, not a monthly allowance. Check your remaining data when you use the service, even after a long break. “Never expires” doesn’t mean used data is replenished.

Choose This Plan
For a Mix of Tasks

Data Pack · 1000GB

¥358 / pack

For users whose access needs vary between busy and quiet periods, sometimes including video or file transfers. Unlike monthly plans, data packs focus on total usage, so you can save your allowance for when you need to connect.

  • 1000GB total
  • Use until gone; never expires
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

Don’t convert the total allowance into a guaranteed number of months or hours of streaming. Actual usage varies with app transfers, video quality, and sync tasks. Check your account balance for the amount remaining.

Choose This Plan
Larger Data Reserve

Data Pack · 3000GB

¥658 / pack

For users who understand their data habits and want a larger total allowance for future use. Review your usage history before choosing, so you don’t overlook your actual needs just because the allowance is larger.

  • 3000GB total
  • Use until gone; never expires
  • Unlimited devices online at once
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

This plan is still based on total data usage; it’s not unlimited. A larger allowance doesn’t change what content a platform makes available or replace its own account or subscription requirements.

Included With Every Plan

The main differences between tiers are the data allowance and billing model. See below for supported devices, route coverage, and account access. Plan prices do not grant content rights on other platforms.

Route Coverage
100+ countries / 180+ routes. Choose a region based on the service you want to access, then check the live route list in your user dashboard. Coverage doesn’t guarantee that every platform offers the same content in every region.
Multiple Devices
Unlimited devices online at once. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device count and data allowance are managed separately; unlimited devices doesn’t give each device a separate plan allowance.
Accounts & Privacy
No email required. Create an account with a username and password. VPNLn’s privacy commitment is to keep no logs. Review the account, order, and privacy policies separately, and store your login details securely after creating an account.
Client Apps & Subscription Access
Get client apps and subscription details from the user dashboard. This marketing page doesn’t provide installers or active subscription links. Once in the dashboard, check the available access options and account status for your platform.
Streaming & AI Usage
International routes can support relevant cross-border access, but platform regions, account eligibility, and content rights are determined by each platform. Read the relevant guide first, then check how it works with your connection and apps.
Contact Support
Submit connection, order, and refund questions through a user dashboard ticket. Include the platform you’re using, what happened, and any relevant order details to help us investigate. Don’t include your password or full subscription link.

Plan Billing Comparison

Before comparing plans, check whether the price is for a monthly allowance or the total data in a pack. The table below lists only available plans; it doesn’t estimate prices for other billing periods or turn data allowances into guaranteed usage time.

How to Choose the Right Billing Model

If cross-border access is a regular part of your work or study routine, start by comparing monthly plans. Your allowance is managed from your activation date, making it easier to track monthly usage. If you use the service occasionally or at irregular times, compare data packs, which never expire. We don’t recommend a tier based solely on your job or number of devices: people with similar setups can have very different data usage.

When estimating your data needs, distinguish text-based tasks from large transfers. Browsing and text-based tools don’t use data in the same way as video, downloads, or cloud syncing. Your actual account usage is a more reliable guide than guessing based on app names. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Check the changes shown in your dashboard before confirming an order; don’t assume unlisted rollover or stacking rules.

Payment Methods & Order Checks

Open the plans page in your user dashboard and check the plan name, data allowance, and billing model. Monthly plan prices cover a monthly allowance; data pack prices cover the total allowance for the entire pack. Don’t compare them based on data figures alone. Plan buttons on this page take you to the plan area in the dashboard, where you can make your selection and payment.

Once your order is created, continue from that order’s payment link. If paying with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, verify the amount and recipient details shown on the payment page. Don’t pay based on screenshots from other pages, old orders, or messages from outside the dashboard. Don’t submit another payment until you’ve checked the original order status.

After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order status, then review your plan and data details. Confirm the payment record and account status separately. If payment is complete but the dashboard hasn’t updated, keep the original order details and payment record, then explain the issue in a ticket. We don’t promise unlisted payment arrival times, processing times, or fee arrangements.

In your ticket, include the plan on the order, the payment method you used, and the status shown in your dashboard. You can provide relevant proof of payment, but don’t send your account password or full subscription link. If you have questions about an order, resolve the original order first before choosing another plan to avoid confusion between payment records and account changes.

7-day no-questions-asked refund policy

VPNLn offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Review the plan rules before choosing, and check whether your connection meets your access needs after you start using the service. The refund policy and a data pack’s never-expiring validity are separate: one describes refund protection, the other the validity of remaining data. Neither replaces the other.

To request a refund, open a ticket in the user dashboard with your order details and refund request. Keep your order record and proof of payment to help verify the payment and account information. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Check the dashboard reply for updates; this page makes no additional promises about refund arrival times or unlisted compensation.

If the issue is with connection settings, you can also refer to the quick start guide and help pages, but troubleshooting guidance doesn’t replace the refund process. In your ticket, make clear whether you’re reporting a connection issue or requesting a refund, and include the relevant order details. Don’t post private account information or subscription details in public comments.

Billing & Refund FAQ

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets on your billing date, not at the start of each calendar month. Check your activation date and data usage in the user dashboard to confirm your billing cycle. Data pack expiration rules do not apply to monthly plans.

How is the price difference handled when I upgrade mid-cycle?

The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated by the remaining days. Before submitting, check the target plan, order amount, and updated usage details in the user dashboard. We don’t provide a self-calculation formula or add data allowances from different tiers together.

Will a data pack expire if I don’t use it for a long time?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They’re deducted based on data usage, not reset monthly. “Never expires” refers to the validity of your remaining data; it doesn’t mean unlimited data or automatic top-ups after you run out.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Start the payment process from your order in the user dashboard, and verify the amount and order status. If payment is complete but the status hasn’t updated, check the original order first, then submit a ticket through the dashboard. Avoid paying twice.

How do I request a refund?

VPNLn offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Submit your order details and refund request through a user dashboard ticket. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Keep your order and payment records; check the dashboard reply for updates.

Do I need a separate plan for each device?

Use the service on an unlimited number of devices at the same time. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Keep an eye on data usage across devices—unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Get client apps and subscription details from the user dashboard.
